The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, including (but not limited to): Recruitment, Training & Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations Management, HR Systems & Documentation, and Office Administration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
Recruitment:
Oversee and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Establish effective recruitment pipelines, including partnerships with external agencies and institutions.
Ensure the onboarding process is streamlined and continuously improved to support employee engagement and retention.
Training & Development:
Lead the design and implementation of training programs, focusing on leadership development, upskilling, and succession planning.
Collaborate with line managers to identify and address training needs for all staff levels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop and manage career development frameworks, aligning them with organizational growth objectives.
C&B (Compensation & Benefits):
Design salary structures and C&B schemes for different staff levels.
Conduct/attend salary survey to understand and keep management updated on salary benchmarks.
Conduct yearly performance evaluation and recommend right salary (review) for performance and salary benchmarks where available.
Ensure adherence to company’s guidelines on salary review and promotions.
Employee Relationship Management:
Ensure staff's compliance to company regulations, labour laws and coordinate with relevant authorities
Responsible for staff's rewards, disciplinary actions, etc.
