1. Human Resource
- In charge of recruitment , training for newcomers , labour contract
- Monthly timesheet, payroll, personal income tax
- Report monthly SHUI
- Setting up forms, policies, procedure and regulations related to HR and Adm functions to be aligned with vietnam law.
- Close to work with Compliance for social audit from customers / third party
- Tasks relates to HR
- Others assigned by HR Manager
2. Administration
- Transportation arrangement, catering
- Organize the CSR , health check, party, event of Company
- Monthly Adm payment
- Legal documents (supporting)
- Others assigned by HR Manager
1. Graduated university in administrative, human resources or other related fields.
2. Have at least 5 years working experience at the same position.
3. Familiar with Vietnam Labour Law (best fit for canditdate who worked for apparel enterprises and be audited CSR, Smeta..)
4. Detail-oriented, able to work independently with good time management and communication skills.
5. An advantage point for employee who have experiences in setting up new project.
5. Good command of English.
