Mô tả Công việc

  • Accountability
  • Develop and implement recruitment and selection processes that attract and retain high calibre, motivated people;
  • Ensure a robust performance management approach is adopted across the organisation and is linked to meeting organisational goals;
  • Develop and update good practice People and Development policies that are simple and consistent;
  • Develop/ implement all operations policies & procedures. Ensure / monitor full compliance within the company.
  • Responsible for liaison with external bodies and with legislative authorities related to human resources;
  • Ensure legal compliancein related areas of operations.
  • Liaise with department managers to understand needs and improve services
  • Responsible for overall Administrative Policies and Procedures for Corporate Office in HCMC
  • Ensure daily admin operations & a great lobby service
  • Be in charge of lease contract and office planning, rent & fit - out to ensure effective ultilization of office space, provide timely assistance / coordination.
  • Forecast, control all office cost and budget
  • Set goals for operations team weekly/ monthly/ quarterly based on company goals, event, and policies. Motivate team to achieve them
  • Conduct performance evaluation, identify learning & development needs in team members and recommend appropriate training so that they can excel in their assignments
  • Oversees the updates and filing system of employee and company records such as bio data, employment certificates, employment and training contract, employee Performance Management Forms , Organizational Chart, Position Description and Qualifications, government registrations, permits and other important documents.
  • Directly manage the procurement process of strategic equipment
  • Provides assistance regarding logistics, shipment release, importation of raw materials, machines and all requirements from time to time.
  • Build team culture and spirit to develop a high performance Ops Team
  • Perform other assignment as required
  • Report:
  • External reports:
  • Personal Income Tax reports (monthly declaration, yearly finalization report), Social insurance reports, Labor reports,…required by the Government.
  • Internal reports:
  • Report to GM B2X: Headcounts, monthly Salary, salary increment, promotion, staff turnover, headcount, performance management and ad hoc reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: Bachelor Degree or higher level in Human Resources Management or related fields.

- Experience: At least 5-year experience in the similar position

- Strong priority candidates for training and recruitment

- Handle Salary, Policy

- Other skills:

+ Good understanding about Labor Law

+ Good command in English (4 skills required)
