Job Description

Procurement of direct production materials from suppliers nominated by line manager.
Issue purchase order
Follow up the shipping schedule with suppliers
Ensure delivery in-time with Logistics Team and cost saving
Follow up incoming material status with QA incoming inspection team
Daily SAP follow up and update of Delivery Schedule
Escalate with/to Purchasing when sufficient delivery schedules are in suspend

Job Requirement

Major subject: Business administration or related major
3 ~ 5 years related working experience in procurement or planning
Good command in English / Chinese and computer skills
Basic knowledge in purchasing
Good communication & negotiation skills
Intermediate SAP knowledge
