Senior - Sale Support (Contract Logistics)

Job Description

Customer Relationship Maintenance & Development:

• Build up relationship with the counterpart at customer’s premises, and the Sales Support will perform the tasks of a full-fledged Key Account Coordinator
• Maintain and develop the close and effective relationship with customers (Warehousing/Transportation);
• Control the items of projects related to warehouse/transportation/distribution
• Keep track the effective lifespan of key account contracts to support superior for the discussion with customers for the extension or liquidation;
• Support in briefing the scope of service requirement with operations and related department for costing/demand planning;
• Support on response documentation, management’s solution design, costing and pricing to acquire new business;
• Participate in the presentation session about the quotation and proposal with customers;

Operations & Planner:

• Take part in monthly Operations Performance Review meeting between customer and Operations
• Keep track issue log and follow up with both sides to ensure actions are taken in a timely manner
• Flexibly co-operate with related departments to supply the supporting services to customers such as warehousing, shipping, delivery, custom clearance, trucking, returning cargo, and other value added services);
• Follow-up with all the complaints, queries of customers effectively to secure all key accounts;
• Support the accounting department in debit collection of customers in charge;

2. Having transportation provided from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Duong.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Good command in written and spoken English (TOEIC > 700 IELTS > 6.0)
• At least 3 years working in Forwarder/Logistics Company
• Strong understanding of logistics contract regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good at computer skill (Execel, Work)
