1. Performance Marketing Leadership

• Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok) to achieve ROI and revenue goals.
• Manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, and analyze competitors.
• Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and provide data-driven optimizations.
• Generate performance reports and recommend improvements.

• Work with external agencies to enhance strategies and campaign execution.
• Implement agency insights into daily operations and internal reporting.

3. Digital Platform Optimization

• Develop platform strategies, ensure website functionality, and align visuals with campaigns.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for cross-platform efficiency.

4. Analytics and Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide data-driven reports to maximize ROI and CPA.

5. Team Development

• Mentor junior team members, foster collaboration, and promote continuous learning.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing Meta or Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of launching and optimizing profitable campaigns (CPA, ROAS).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing tasks and collaborating with teams and partners.
• Willingness to learn and apply new strategies based on industry best practices.
• Familiarity with website CMS and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.
• Proficient English skills for effective communication and collaboration.
