1. Business Analyst
• Understand business requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
• Understand various new updated technology and solutions in the market and define the automation opportunity for Marico SEA
• Understand software development cycle and change/maintenance proces
2. Project management
• Define project scope, deliverables, cost estimation, and resource allocation based on business context.
• Lead the implementation and timeline to ensure the success of the project from end to end.
• Coordinate between users and developers/HO IT to ensure testing scenarios and quality of the solution as well as implementation.
3. SAP coordinator
• Overall supervision of the Vietnam SAP system from GRC, Change request, utilization
• Understand the troubleshooting process and support users accordingly
• Lead the SAP Upgrade/Training process
• Understand key SAP workstream: FICO, MM, SD, PP and act as an intermediary between SAP users and the Head Office SAP team to resolve issues, implement change requests, and develop new SAP features.
1. Qualification
- Background in IT/MIS/Computer Science from notable university in Technology
- Fluent in English communication and written
- 3 to 5 years of experience in working with SAP
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis

• Able to document solutions and change management effectively
3. SAP S/4
• Experience with SAP at least one module , understanding key SAP workstreams flow.
• Troubleshoot and act as an intermediary between SAP users and the HO SAP team to resolve issues, implement change requests, and develop new SAP features.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP modules.
4. Database Management
• Manage and optimize database queries.
• Expertise in SQL and database management
• Fluent in using at least one OLAP tool: Power BI, Tableau
5. Additional Requirements
• Good in communication and problem solving
• Proficiency in project management including timeline establishment, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Learning agility and growth mindset to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
