Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Content Strategy and Management
- Build and maintain a content/editorial calendar that attracts and engages a qualified audience, driving traffic to the company’s lead capture channels.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout for all channels
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Ensure all content complies with legal requirements, including copyright and data protection regulations.
2. Content Creation - User generated content and POSM
- Responsible for developing regular content for social media and website landing pages
- Responsible for copywriting and ensuring brand voice resonates throughout all physical and digital materials.
- Support outbound content efforts, including blog posts, newsletters, flyers, brochures, webinars, marketing automation, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
3. Collaboration and Co-creation
- Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Assist in creating content for email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives.
4. Other tasks
- Plan and report periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Other tasks by the Head of Marketing
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Content manager (> 3 years)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media and content management, including copywriting, social media, and video content creation
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Research and insight-driven approach to content strategy
- Experience working internationally or with global brands
