• Manage project schedule follow instruction from Senior
• Represent owner to work with architects to make project follow approved schedule and quality.
• Coordinate between Designer and Sale & Marketing Division to give out products matched with customer requirement.
• Have ability to put in idea to improve project to create better and better products with cost control.
• Ability to work with Designers and other Department for all the submission procedure to get project construction license.
• Review drawing of each submission stage and construction drawing following check list and PMH requirement.
• Coordinate with construction contractors and designers during the construction time.
• Working with designers checking shop drawing before issuing to site.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with a good or excellent academic standing.

Experience: 1 year

Specialized skills: 

-        Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

-        Coursework or Training in Project Management is preferred.

-        Proficient in computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other software related to Design.

Soft skills

-        Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

-        Ability to coordinate with all designers and following instruction from Senior coordinator.

-        Creative thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.

-        Attention to detail in reviewing and verifying design and construction drawings.
