The Activation Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and managing activation programs, product promotions, and brand building activities. This position requires creativity, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure successful operations and achieve business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and Executing Activation Programs:Develop and implement activation strategies to promote products and build the brand.
Create detailed plans for activation, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Managing and Supervising activation:Coordinate and oversee event activities from preparation to completion.
Ensure all activities are on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
Team Management:Recruit, train, and develop the activation team.Evaluate team performance and provide improvement measures.
Collaboration with Other Departments:Work closely with related departments such as Marketing, Sales, and PR to ensure consistency in activities and brand messaging.
Ensure activation activities align with the overall business strategy of the company.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of activation programs.Prepare reports on results and provide improvement suggestions. Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
DEVELOPMENT: Customer/Channel Marketing Activities, Merchandising Planning, Budgets, Channel/Category Communication
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration; 6 – 8 years of experience preferably with a background in sales and shopper marketing.
