Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
Worked in related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Able to work with needed supply for media execution (talent, equipment vendor…)
Customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required
