1. What we expect you to perform
Consult, guide, and support in solving queries about Omni Themes’ products from customers through multiple support channels.
Support to handle problems arising when customers install and use the Shopify Theme
Transfer technical problems, request customizing for the development team, and ensure the quality of work to deliver to customers.
Updates to customers on the status of processing requests
Advise customers on solutions when using eCommerce and Shopify
Work with various teams
Conduct other tasks assigned
2. To be a BSSer, you will have
Salary: 8-15M (Review every 6 months).

2. Join BSS, if you
22-25 years old
Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0, TOEIC 800 certificate or equivalent is preferable)
Require Communication, Presentation, Analysis, and Critical Thinking Skills
Having experience in Technology, E-commerce, and Marketing at least 6 months is preferable.
Good teamwork and Quick learner
Ready to support clients at different timezone
