Position: Process Management Optimization (Leader) - Manufacturing Job Code: 116560 - Working location: Gia Lam District, Hanoi, Vietnam - Monthly Salary: 70,000,000~80,000,000VND Responsibility ● Responsible for supporting regional SCM leader to make proper/prompt business decisions in various occasions with uncertainty and flexibly manage tasks upon the priority for team ● Responsible for managing all ongoing project tasks, tracking progress and proposing resource allocation and prioritization ● Initiate and lead SCM regional projects by adhoc basis and collaborate with project members in SCM or other departments ● Develop consistent process of the overall Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning in APAC and drive a continuous PDCA cycle together with country leaders ● Support to drive the Annual Operating Plan for the group, ensuring targets are met or exceeded throughout the year and coordinate relevant KPI target and tracking ● Understand overall business feature/background and supply chain operational practice in each country to propose suitable actions and share best practices among the region ● Support development of long-term plans for the organizational strategies, including roadmap and footprint reviews for APAC SCM ● Design and maintain regional policy and guidelines along with standard process and master data usage under SCM area ● Support country team to utilize key system functions and tools along with regional standard process, particularly on Material requirement planning and Available to promise in SAP ● Manage cadence of regular meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and effective outcomes across stakeholders in the process and necessary action follow-ups ● Work with global SCM to manage any new global process, policy or metric reports for the global standardization and apply them to APAC SCM ● Work with SCM team in other regions for cross-regional S&OP topics ● Work on standardization for ongoing SCM project of supplier’s leadtime management, EDI implementation, and intercompany ATP ● Drive optimization of inventory with country leaders via PSI review, safety stock target set up, and excess and obsolete inventory reduction ● Assist country teams to do data analysis and drive PDCA cycle from inventory standpoint for continuous improvement of S&OP KPIs (Service, working capital and cost) ● Visualize inventory information in past & future and maintain the data foundation by standard reports and criteria across the region ● Design and maintain regional policy and guideline of safety stock target setting ● Join monthly PSI (Production/Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory) planning session in each country and review the reasonability of planning and support constructive discussion with commercial team, plant and purchasing team ● Develop Annual Operating Plan on inventory, DIO and get aligned with commercial leaders ● Lead cross-country optimization by proposing centralizing safety stock at plant and excess & obsolete stock move between countries ● Drive improvement for inventory planning along with product life cycle ● Work on ongoing Spareparts project to build inventory strategy and planning policy

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Any - Age: From 35 years old - Education Background: Master’s degree of SCM major is preferred. - Language: English Business Level - Experience: 5-10 years experiences with deep level of knowledges in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) with basic understanding of E2E SCM including manufacturing & purchasing, order management + With a strong conceptual understanding of Global Supply Chain & Inventory Management practices & techniques desired + Experience in global/cross-country S&OP jobs + User experience of ERP (SAP is preferred) + Strong Project management skills and experiences (SCM area is preferred), scheduling, resource management, problem solving and collaboration.
